FINALLY - A SONG ONLINE!!! Plus T-Shirts anyone?

I know it's been ages, but now you can download Cut The Cable (hosted by Vitaminic). It's in MP3 Format, and is about 4 megs in size. Check it out. And tell you friends. Copy, Distribute - SPREAD THE GODDAMN WORD!!!

DOWNLOAD CUT THE CABLE

And one other thing. We're thinking about getting T-shirts done. There's a few designs, and some of you may have seen me or Adam wearing the prototypes (hell, I paid for them, gotta earn the money's worth!). They are on quality white cotton t-shirts, with a front and back print, and they feature designs, lovingly created by my own fair hands. And of course, the price. Thirteen quid a piece - and you'll have to get me the money first as well, cos I can only do them to order (I'm poor - give me a chance!).

So, the T-shirts...(click to see the images full size)

E-mail me if yez want one, and I'll sort things out. Cheerz.

MESSAGE FROM IVAN DE PRUME!!!

Check this out for a bit of cool stuff - the drummer from American Metallers Society One, Ivan De Prume ( probably better known as the drummer on White Zombie's 'La Sexorcisto' Album) got a copy of our CD and well, here's what he had to say:

"Dude, I just got the CD. Fuckin kick ass CD bro. KICK ASS... You guys are BRUTAL. I really dig it. Thanks for the CD. Fuck......... if I wasnt playing with Society 1 now and we were close enough, I would fuckin love to jam. Its just great to hear there are guys writing kick ass metal like you guys. Keep it up. Keep me posted..... Ivan"

The scary thing is, Ivan would be the ideal Headcheese drummer due to us being White Zombie fanatics, and he just admitted to wanting to jam with us!!! Fuckin' cool! Adam is now flying to America to kidnap him. Watch out Ivan!

And there are some new pics of Gerard, Cormac and some other people from the Evolution Fest gig at the Rosetta a while back. Check them out. If you really care that is.

11 - 6- 2001

BIG NEWZ!

There hasn't been much news lately but this makes up for all of it - Headcheese are now a five-piece! We now have (as well as our new drummer, Michael) David, on Samples/Decks. And we aren't even considering going slightly Linkin Park with the Headcheese sound - WE ARE HERE TO TOTALLY WRECK YOUR MINDS AND MAKE YOU GO "WHAT IS WRONG WITH THEM?". That's what the new Headcheese material is like. Be very afraid...

7 - 5 - 2001

Site news - added a Forum. Go to testify and check it out.

27 - 4 -2001

Still on the quest for a drummer we are. A few possibilities and stuff, but nothing concrete as of now.Umm... anything else... uh, no, not really. That's why there's been no news updates for a while, cos nothing's been happening... a joke perhaps?

A girl and a boy were at the back of the movie theater, kissing passionately.

When they come up for air, the boy says, "I really love kissing you, but do you mind not passing me your chewing gum."

The girl replies,"It's not chewing gum, I've got bronchitis".

YAY!

I (that's me - G3RARD) won the rob zombie Fan of the Month comp so I did! I'm all happy and chuffed! Yay indeed! Check this out...

"For the month of February, the winner was G3rard from Belfast, Ireland... Many congrats to G3rard who won only by a slim margin, but he did have 52.8% of all the votes...also, congrats to all our other contestants for the Feb contest! G3rard will receive the prize package and a custom title here on the board signifying his accomplishment."

Ha, yez ballixes. Sorry, but I've never won anything before. I'll stop grinning soon.

4 - 4 -2001

DEMO AHOY!

Yup, it's recorded and stuff. Called 'I Was The Killer' - Four tracks of seriously heavy stuff - I mean it shakes your speakers! All recorded pretty much live up at Einstein Studios (except for Adam's other guitar track, but that's it!). If you want a copy, you can e-mail me or if you see us about in clubs or somewhere, just ask for one. £3 all in. I hope you crowd like it as much as we do. I'll see about getting some sounds on the website ASAP.

26 - 3 - 2001

THE NAME GAME

Well, Alex is pretty much gone. The demo is on its way soon. But we aren't sure about the name of it. What do yez reckon? 'Enter The Scum Dragon', 'Devilution', 'I Was The Killer' or simply 'Scum' are workin' titles. Gis a shout at the guestbook and tell us which you prefer.

24 - 3 - 2001

STUDIO A GO GO...

It turns out that Headcheese have been booked into the studio for the start of April, and alas we can now definitely say we will have a demo for you very soon. Alex will be playing on it, and we aim to record four tracks and release it on both tape and CD. The tracks to be recorded are 'Puppethead', 'Scum', 'Cut the Cable' and 'Tonite'. Keep an eye out for updates.

20 - 3 - 2001

R 'n' R...

Well, the gig in the Rosetta on the 25th (4pm to 9pm - all ages) is fast approaching, and alas, we still haven't found a replacement for Alex, so it seems we'll have to put a lid on the old Headcheese machine until we eventually get a replacement! Fear not though, kiddies, this isn't the end or anything, we're just taking a wee bit of time-out till we get a new drummer. We'll be working away on new material, and we promise we will have our demo recorded once we get back on our feet. Until then, keep on trying to get us a drummer! We are in dire need! Oh and check out the downloads page. At the mo, it's just a few of my homemade wallpapers, but I'll try to get more stuff of interest on...

12 - 3 - 2001

STILL NO FECKING DRUMMER!!!

Any chance of a hand, dudes? We're also hoping to get a demo recorded VERY soon, with four or five tracks on it (at last!). Updated the gigs page. That's about it. Lovely.

3 - 3 - 2001

SPINAL CHEESE STRIKE AGAIN!!!

Well, everything's gone tits up in true Headcheese style! First up, Alex has decided to leave us and emigrate to Australia (seriously!). He's leaving after the gig on the 25th in the Rosetta, so that means we'll be looking for a new drummer. If you are into our sorta thing and are interested, give us a shout at the guestbook, or at the e-mail page.

Secondly, we're very pissed off to hear that our previous drummer has had the cheek and audacity to go and form a band under the name of ... Headcheese! It seems he claims that Headcheese was his band, and has been so cheap and low-down to not even invent a new name. So, loyal Headcases, we need you to chastise this twat if you hear of any Headcheese fakery. cheerz.

27 - 2 - 2001

Pix from The Front Page are on. Minor updates too.

22 - 2 - 2001

Three lovely gigs coming up kiddies - and none are in the Front Page, which is nice. To the gigs page dudes...

15 - 2 -2001

We played that TACT gig. The full report is here. But it was shite, so I wouldn't bother myself reading it if I were you. Nothing much else really.

31 - 1 - 2001

Headcheese are playing the Waspfest with loads of other bands. Check here for details. The gig on the 1st of March has been moved back a week too. Two new songs been interfered with too, so they may be debuted soon-ish. Lovely. AND I updated the Slipknot Unmasked page. I've been a busy bunny, me. Phew. I need a vacation...

26 - 1 - 2001

The 8th of February gig in the Venue has been cancelled, but one other confirmed in Morrisons on the 1st of March. Nothing much else. Check out the gigs page.

20 - 1 - 2001

Added pix from the gig in Katy Daly's on the 6th. Cheerz to Johnny, the man who just recently got both nipples pierced.

11 - 1 - 2001

Two gigs confirmed - check the gigs page. A new song on the way. And um, some minor site updating going on. That's about it.

3 - 1 - 2001

The gig in Katy Daly's on the 20th of January has been cancelled, but we may be playing the Waspfest 2001, and a T.A.C.T. Wildlife Sanctuary benefit gig thing. More details as we are informed. We also have two new songs, and let me tell you, they are among our best yet! Check out the sounds page for details (but still no actual sounds!).

1 - 1 - 2001

Happy New Year, you Headcases! New Gig date on the Gigs page. Check It Out.

19 - 12- 2000

Added more pics from KD's and I got my hair cut. It's busy round here, eh? Oh and we all went to see Raging Speedhorn. Yay!

17 - 12 - 2000

No news as such, but we are on the lookout for a keyboard player/sampler. We think our sound would benefit from it and we are relying on you, the loyal Headcases, to help us find one! Keep an eye out and keep us posted dudes!

3 - 12 - 2000

Gig on the 20th of January, dudes. And expect a demo very soon! Negotiations have begun with Sir Marty of Spindrift, the noble recorder of sounds. More news as it happens. Check the gigs page for a report on yesterdays rampage at Katy's. Oh, and we have started working on a song called "Bouncers Aren't Very Nice", which was penned after our set. :-)

29 - 11 - 2000

Anyone fancy gigging with us? Give us a shout anytime, cos we're ready and rearing to go. E-mail one of us and we'll get back to you about details. If you want to that is.

25 - 11 - 2000

First practice with our new drummer, Alex, and it went very well indeed! We even got two new songs down, so you'll be hearing them on the 2nd of December. It turns out we aren't playing with Devoured, which I'm particularly disappointed about, but we intend to do so very soon. After the 2nd, we are going to concentrate on getting our demo together, so you'll be looking forward to that, I presume! Now get your arses down to Katy's! Woooaaarrggh! Etc. Oh, and there's this mad rumour going about that us Headcheese chaps are - wait for it - Death/Thrash Metal! I'd love to know where that notion came from! Not that we have a problem with death and thrash, but that was one thing we set out NOT to be! So a wee bit of fun on the Guestbook - see if you can find a name for our music cos we still can't! Keep it lit!

11 - 11 - 2000

Still no drummer, guys. Anyone? We need someone either from Belfast or near enough to Adam (who can play the drums, obviously). The place is still vacant, and we need someone soon! Oh, and i updated the pics pages a bit. Cos I was bored. Alright! There are also a few more songs in the pipeline, and we'll get them on the site as soon as we have a drummer to record with, because popular opinion is for songs on this site. Tell you what - you get us a drummer, we'll get the sounds up!

5 - 11 - 2000

Some news on the drummer front - big Steve Spindrift has offered to fill the stool for us on the 2nd, so he has thankfully bought us some time to get a bloody drummer. And we have a few prospective drummers lined up too. More news as it develops.

And in my boredom, I added a nice new page for everyone who has an opinion on Shitpot, oh sorry, I mean, SLIPKNOT. I put up a Slipknot Unmasked page, you see, and I hope you like it. I can't wait to see the views on this...

3 - 11 - 2000

I'm sad to say that we are drummerless again, dudes. We are on the lookout for a new drummer, so if anyone would be so kind as to consider it, give us a shout by e-mail or sign the guestbook, and we'll get back to you very soon. Time is of the essence too, cos we need to get sorted for our gig on the 2nd! Even if you can point us in the direction of any competent and RELIABLE (I wrote that in caps for a reason) drummers, we would be grateful. Cheerz! Can anybody say 'Spinal Tap'?

31 - 10 - 2000

New song on the go kids. Check out the sounds page for info (if you really care that is) and it won't be too long until we get our sounds up - if only our new drummer would do us the priviledge of turning up for band practice. That would help immensely.

23 - 10 - 2000

It seems we are playing with Spindrift and Devoured on the 2nd in Katy Daly's, so get ready for a lovely Saturday afternoon of death metal, some 'pneu-metal' and some 'knew-metal' (it's a strange story). We may possibly be playing the Art College with a shitload of other bands on the 15th of November, but nothing is confirmed as of now. More shit as it develops. Right so...

19 - 10 - 2000

Check out the report of last night's gig at Morrison's at the Gigs page. That'll save me repeating myself. And keep an eye out for some new gigs between now and the one on the 2nd of December, because we have some lined up. So there! RocK On!

7 - 10 - 2000

NEW GIG - NEW DRUMMER!!! Well, kids, it turns out that Ryan will be leaving us very shortly due to his other engagements in 'Honeyweed', but fear not, he shall play his 'Disappearing Up His Own Arse' gig with us on the 18th. We wish him the all the best!!! In the meantime, us Headcheese chaps would like to welcome his replacement, Glenn, into the fold, who shall be playing his first gig with us on the 2nd of December in Katy Daly's. We don't know who we are playing with as yet, but more info when we get it. So there we are then.

4 - 10 - 2000

The flyers are out, the posters are up, the trousers are brown. That's us. I want to see you crazy people all come check out the mental night on the 18th at Morrison's as you know, but the thing is, I know something that will give you just that little extra push - BUY TWO PINTS, GET ONE FREE! And we aren't playing with Riff Master General as I was led to believe, we are in fact playing with cool punky types, The Dangerfields. And some other band, Spindrift, I think they're called. BE THERE!!!

3- 10 - 2000

Added some new art pix, but more importantly - we're very possibly making a MUSIC VIDEO! I don't know how it came about, but we intend to get it done pretty soon. More news as it develops, cos all we know now is that we are making it for 'Tonite', so expect some bizarre horror film related tomfoolery. Yay! And expect a properly recorded version of 'Tonite' pretty soon, cos we're fed up teasing you!

1 - 10 - 2000

Got the photies from France and the Camping trip, so you can laugh at them on the Pics pages. And the gig for the 11th has been put back to the 18th. So go there then. Arse.

17 - 9 - 2000

Me and Adam arrived home from France and straight away we got a gig lined up for the 11th of October with the Brilliant Spindrift and Riff Master General. Check out the Gigs page. More news soon...

26 - 8 - 2000

As you know, we couldn't play rocKD, but I went and saw the brilliant Spindrift and the fantastic Shakedown's final gig - and they were amazing! From all us Headcheese chaps, we wish Shakedown the best of luck at whatever they decide to do next. Respect!!! Oh, and we're playing on the 16th - so get your glad rags on and get your asses down to Katy's to see us and the wonderful Tilted. Who rock like feck.

23 - 8 -2000

...Then I added a Chat Room. I really should get out more.

23 - 8 - 2000

Added a new guestbook because the bloody old one ran out!!! Go and sign it to get that thing going again!

21 - 8 - 2000

Oh, bad news (Or good news depending on your perspective...)! We can't play rocKD on Saturday the 26th due to a lethal cocktail of drummer problems and a missing bassist. Sorry, dudes. We will more than likely be playing again by the end of September, so keep your eyes on the Gigs page.

8 - 8 - 2000

Some minor site updating going on. Check out the OUR hORRoR page, which is at last beginning to take some sort of shape.

5 - 8 - 2000

The first gig is over, then. Check out the gigs page for what went on.

28 - 7 - 2000

AAAAAAAAAAARGH!!! GO TO THE GIGS PAGE NOW! YOU'VE NO TIME TO WASTE!

24 - 7 - 2000

Added new pics of Cosmic Spacehead. You'd think he was the most popular one of us with all the pictures we have of him...

15- 7 - 2000

With all the recent mayhem in the north, you would think the Headcheese machine has come to a halt, wouldn't you? Well, it has in fact done the opposite. Young Adam, in all his boredom, has come up with THREE, count 'em, three, stonking tracks. Once we get lyrics onto these as yet untitled songs we shall have the details up on our slightly revamped sounds page. Also added a Fonts page where you can get the fonts used on this site if you don't already have them, too. Thats all for now then.

1 - 7 - 2000

Recorded a new song going under the name of 'Tonite' and believe us, it rocks. Also added 2 new pictures pages, of weird shit and arty stuff. So there you go.

20 - 6 - 2000

Added a nice new 'ED GEIN' Page, revamped the profiles, added a seven page (beware!!!) and now you can e-mail me at e-mail.

3 - 6 - 2000

We recorded 'PUPPETHEAD' today. The rest of the band played amazing, but I'm not keen on my vocals, because seeing as we played it live into the multi-tracker, they seem a little weird. Or maybe that's just me - judge for yourselves once we get it on the site within the next few weeks.

28 - 5 - 2000

I got in touch with a guy through an advertisement about additional percussion! So if everything works out well we could be getting a new member and hopefully we should give our songs a nice touch. More newz as it develops.

9 - 5 - 2000

Today I finally got pictures of most of us so you crowd can gawk at our ugly mugs till your hearts' content, and so the new look HEADCHEeSE website is starting to take shape a little more - YOOOOOOO!!!
